Yes, all you need is the desire to learn and we can teach you.

What is the best way to learn salsa?

The best way to learn is to attend a couple of classes, learn the basics and then book in a couple of private classes. Basically a mixture of both.  Immerse  into it for the first few weeks and go to as many classes as you can.
